The New Hampshire Assembly Website
Collaboratively built outreach website for The New Hampshire Assembly. Website design and content was highly regarded by people in other states. Several other Assemblies have used the New Hampshire Assembly content on their websites.
Abbott Plumbing & Heating
Helped build new office (carpentry/painting). Planned Ethernet network cabling and terminated cable runs. Set up office network. Installed and configered all PCs. Created custom QuickBooks server solution. Built Abbott’s website.
Hammerdown Adventures
Created and built Hammerdown Adventures website. A scenic guided adventure website. A local Littleton, New Hampshire seasonal ATV and Snowmobile venue that starts and ends at the Snowyard.
ASN Business Directory
Created a the American States Assembly Business Directory website that allows private businesses to set up their profiles. Also has a classifieds section similar to craigslist. Phase 1 is launched adoption rate is increasing. Phase 2 is still a work in progress. Created a User Guide to help users set up accounts and use the site
$1B Service Revenue
Started as a Project Manager, promoted to grow the business Program Manager. Worked in a matrixed PMO integrating Service Delivery offers into new service program. Phase 1 launch attained over $1B in service revenue in less than two years.
$330M Contract Renewal
Built a global service delivery team that helped the Sales team win to set up Dell’s first international ProSupport program. Account Team and Service Delivery teem won a $330M 3-year hardware and services contract for the Exxon account at Dell. The team set a standard and was Dell’s first global account with a presence in over 100 countries
GE to Compaq
Network admin at GE. GE helpdesk was consolidated. Asked to participate on GE outsource IT call center team at Compaq. Ultimately was hired by Compaq as a laptop call center support tech. Moved into the Enterprise products in the call center after about 1.5 years. Spent three years working in a Compaq call center, eventatully as a lead tech.
Advanced Incident Management (AIM)
Became a certified adult trainer working at Dell. Created and taught a class on Advanced Incident Management working as a Technical Account Manager (TAM). Class became a requirement for all TAM new hires.
Bank Branch Project Coordinator
Project Coordinator at IBM for a Bank Branch Automation project. Helped develop install team process that reduced install time, lowered cost and improved quality. Realized 50% more profit and hit onsite network install quality standard of less than 5% failure rate.
Enterprise IT Consolidation
Took over complex Dell IT site project and managed an IT infrastructure consolidation from five floors down to two floors in eight months, working with facilities teams, cablers, network engineers and 3rd party vendors, on time and under budget.
Dell ProSupport Flex
Co-Architected ProSupport Flex with Services Marketing. Project Managed two phased launches. Over 100 Fortune 500 companies purchased the services plan within one year of launch.
Succesful H.S. Hockey Coach
Three years coaching Lyndon Institute. Mix of local and international players. Coached teams deep into the playoffs for three consecutive seasons, including playing in the Vermont Division 2 State Championship in the first season.
